About Us - Meet Our Team

| When I was in the process of being transferred from Georgia to Pennsylvania by a former employer, I was living with my two dogs in a rental house in Philadelphia. I was flying back and forth to Atlanta every other weekend to take care of my house here, and that’s when I discovered the benefits of using a pet sitter. It made my life so easy!
Prior to engaging a pet sitter, I had to leave work two hours early on Friday to drop my dogs off at a kennel on the way to the airport. Then I would take a 7 a.m. flight back on Sunday because the kennel closed at noon and I couldn’t stand coming home to an empty house. Plus there was the added expense of paying for an unnecessary extra night of boarding if I arrived late. When I started using a pet sitting service it freed up so much of my time in addition to knowing that the pets were safe and happy at home. |

After I and the rest of the marketing department at the software company where I worked were unexpectedly (to us!) laid off, I came back home to Atlanta and started Atlanta Pet Sitting. Managing the professional pet sitters Atlanta residents know and trust is the best job I’ve ever had!
